MADRAS PLAID - PLAID FABRICS - SEERSUCKER - CHECK FABRICS

Embroidered Fabrics are made with thread embroidery on a base fabric, like cotton. Most embroidered fabrics are machine-embroidered, while some are also by hand.

Embroidered fabrics are a fabric of choice for dresses, vintage clothing, heirloom clothing, bridal dresses and classic children’s clothing.

Embroidery adds a vintage touch to any garment, and can be made using threads of the same color as the base fabric, or these threads can be of many colors, making the fabric more vibrant.
Embroidery was practiced as a hand art form, and clothing was only embroidered by hand, until embroidery machines capable of complex patterns came around.
