How do I buy?
Simply surf the site, browse through fabrics, choose the fabrics, check your total with shipping, register, pay through PAYPAL and exit.
How do I pay?
|Simply using your credit card on the PAYPAL website (which you will be automatically directed to while paying). Ours is a secured PAYPAL account, and your credit card details remain with PAYPAL — not with us.|
|For wholesale purchases of fabrics, you can pay via wire payments into our bank account, the details of which will be communicated to you separately.|
What are the expected delivery times?
|Most orders are processed within 1-3 days. Delivery times vary with destinations, delivery method and also are subject to availability of the items with us. As per our disclaimer, all fabrics/items are subject to availability.
Most available items would be with you within a shipping time of 3-4 business / working days, with an order processing time of 1-2 business days.
In the event an item is not available, your balance remains with PAYPAL, and you can request a refund ANYTIME.
|BUT, we do try making sure that most items are available with us most of the times.|
Do you ship to any country?
YES. We ship fabrics to any country. All you need to check are the shipping rates for your country.
Do you sell only retail or do you offer wholesale terms as well?
We do BOTH. For retail orders, you can pay online and have the fabrics delivered to you.
For wholesale, its best to leave us a message on the “contact us” form, and we will come back to you with discounts.
Do you provide sample swatches?
YES. We provide sample swatches of all fabrics, and mostly charge $20, including shipping, for as many swatches as you need.
How to know shipping costs?
|Shipping across the US is $10 for about 4-6 yards of woven fabrics like patchworks and plaids, and for 3-4 yards of knit fabrics like organic knit cottons.|
|Due to weight and oversize restrictions, the table pertaining to shipping may not apply to all orders. We will contact you via telephone or email if your order exceeds shipping parameters.
Canada shipping is about $20 for the same quantities/yardage listed above.
WHOLESALE shipping is custom, and can be communicated once we know your wholesale yardage.
Is my personal information secure?
YES. Your financial information is never stored on our website. You are automatically directed to the PAYPAL site, where your information is entered. In fact, even we don’t have access to your payment / Credit card details.

What is the return policy at fabriconlinestore.com?
|You can return the fabrics within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-949-391-2737 between the hours of 8:00AM – 5:00PM CST or e-mail us at email@example.com for a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Items must be repacked in original packaging with all accessories and a copy of your invoice/return form. Fabric quantities less than 5 yards in length cannot be returned for exchange or credit. When your return is received, we will issue a refund to your credit card account for the purchase price.|
|We will accept returns only in case:|
|-The fabrics have arrived damaged to you.
-You received some other item.
|We will not accept returns / exchanges in case:|
|-Items are sent back to us in a damaged /mutilated/stained condition resulting from handling / storage at your end.
-The fabrics / items arrive beyond 30 days at our location
Since we fill orders as fast as we can, you have to be quick in changing your order. A change made within minutes will be definitely take effect. A change made within hours still has a good chance. Do I need to provide an email address while ordering?
Fabrics-textiles.com uses your e-mail address to send verification of your order and communicate any additional order information with you. We do not share your email address with any outside company or source.
"All our products are subject to availability."
In case,you have already paid for an item which is not currently in stock, you have 2 options:
–Leave your payment with PAYPAL, and we can inform you when the product is in stock, and have it shipped to you,
–Take a refund of your payment from Paypal / from us.
In case, you have not paid for an item, and would like to check its availability, please leave us an email/Query mentioning the item number/name, quantity, and any details, and we would be informing you of its availability as soon as possible.
Why are our fabrics sometimes available in smaller lengths and not long yardage bolts?
When buying from weavers and looms in India directly, sometimes there are some anomalies in the fabric.
We import our fabric from India, and then manually hand-check EACH yard for tiny holes, tiny stains, thread pulls etc., and cut off the fabrics, where we find an anomaly.
India weavers and factories mostly send long lengths of fabric with these anomalies passed onto the buyer.
That is why some of our customers wonder why we offer lengths that are not as long, while suppliers from India offer complete long lengths.
This is because we cut off the fabric wherever there is the tiniest hole or a thread defect etc., whereas from other suppliers, these just pass through, as acceptable.
We accept these cut pieces as our waste cost, and only ship the best to the customers. Because we are known for our fabric.
